1. First Class Masters Degree in Physics/Electronics/ Mathematics or Bachelor Degree in Engineering & technology in Computer Science/ electronics / Information Technology etc from a recognized University or Institute;
2. Ten years of Research or Design or Development or Technology Application
3. Knowledge of Computer Application.
Desirable:
1. PhD Degree in Physics / Electronics /Mathematics; or
2. Master Degree in Engineering or Technology in Electronics/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Telecommunication/ Computer Science/ lnformalionTechnology/ Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics / Radio Communication Engineering from a recognized University or institute;
3. Certificate course in a foreign langLage other than English from a recognized University of institute.
4. Certificate course in Computer Applications from a recognized University constitute.
