About the Organisation:
The Life Insurance Corporation of India was founded in 1956 when the Parliament of India passed the Life Insurance of India Act that nationalised the private insurance industry in India. AAO (Generalist) -Candidates having Bachelor Degree in any discipline form any UGC recognized College/Institute.
AAO (IT) -Candidates having Engineering Degree in Computer Science, IT/Electronics/MCA/M.SC (Computer Science).
AAO (CA) -Candidates having bachelor Degree and candidates must have passed Final Examination of Institute of Chartered Accountant of India & have completed articles presented by Institute of CA of India.
The Candidates should be the Associate member of ICAI as candidates have to provide their membership number.
AAO (Actuarial) -Candidates having Bachelor Degree in any stream and along with candidates have to compulsorily passed the Paper (CT1 & CT 5 plus 4 more other papers of Exam conducted by Indian Institute of Actuaries.
AAO (Rajbhasha) :
- Candidates having Post Graduation Degree in Hindi/Hindi Translation with English as one of the subject at bachelor Degree level.
OR - Candidates having Post Graduation Degree in English with Hindi as one of the subject at bachelor Degree level.
OR - Candidates having Post Graduation Degree in Sanskrit with English & Hindi as one of the subject at bachelor Degree level.
