2. Master Degree in Engineering or Technology in Electronics/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Telecommunication/ Computer Science/ lnformalionTechnology/ Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics / Radio Communication Engineering from a recognized University or institute;
3. Certificate course in a foreign langLage other than English from a recognized University of institute.
4. Certificate course in Computer Applications from a recognized University constitute.
